I got the “bad wants” as my dad says. I want, want, want! I went shopping for Christmas gifts, and now all I wanna do is decorate and shop. Shop, shop, shop.
Right now I want new home office furniture — pronto. Here are a few things I like at Ikea. (IKEA!) They’d look great in my new home office. All of these pieces are white.
The room is very cream / beige, so I hope to brighten it up with a lot of white furniture. I also hope that will make the room look bigger. Oh, yeah, I also change my mind a lot. So it’s easier to have white as a foundation color, because it means I can change accent colors quickly when I get tired of them.
I can’t wait to set up the new home office — because that means I’ll have time to focus on my next films! There are some exciting things taking shape. Good conversations. Great meetings. I need the home office to be in order so I can work quickly and efficiently.

Since the closest Ikea is about three hours away, I’m still window shopping. I’m waiting to make sure that I buy what I’ll actually need / use. It’s easy to get overwhelmed in the store, and buy stuff you don’t need. I don’t want to be wasteful, you know?
