Steve Milligan and Brian McGinn at Full Frame 2013

Steve Milligan and Brian McGinn at Full Frame 2013. So sorry about the blur effect, guys.

Last year I watched The Record Breaker at Full Frame. It has stuck with me ever since. I loved it.

After the screening, Steve Milligan and Brian McGinn did a Q&A session. I took a picture of them talking and quickly posted it to Instagram.

And, unfortunately, I blurred out Brian’s face in the process. Whoops. I still feel rotten about that.

Thankfully both guys have a great sense of humor and made a joke about it. My kind of people. I bumped into them at Fullsteam during the fest and they reenacted the photo for me. Hooray!

I share all of this with you because (a) it stuck with me and made me an even bigger fan of them and their work, and (b) the film I fell in love with is now online to watch for free.

You should watch The Record Breaker when you have about 25 minutes of uninterrupted time. Wait until you seriously have uninterrupted time — not distracted by anything else online, ya know?  It’s a wonderful film and you don’t want to miss anything by not giving it your full attention.

So go watch the film!

Comment on this blog post afterwards. Tell me what you thought about it. Did you like it? Did it make you laugh? Would you recommend it to a friend? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Enjoy.
