A film about a veteran, titled Vic Spence: A Documentary of Life and War, will screen at the NC Museum of History in downtown Raleigh, N.C., on Wednesday, March 13th, from 12:10 to 1:00 pm. The filmmaker, Cliff Bumgardner (@CliffBumgardner), will be there to answer questions after the screening. WRAL-TV anchor Bill Leslie interviewed Bumgardner about the film and the screening.
