Calling all fellow filmmakers, comedic improvisers, and actors! There’s an excellent opportunity to get professional headshots taken next week. My friend and fellow photographer, Amaris Hames, is organizing an evening full of fun.
The Professional Headshot Night will take place at Sitti in downtown Raleigh, N.C., on Tuesday, October 22nd, from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. You sign up for a one-hour block and for just $90, you get time with two professional photographers. Then you’ll get two digital headshots delivered within two weeks of the event. There will be door prizes/raffles and drinks involved, too!

By the way, a portion of the proceeds benefits a charity called Corral Riding Academy. The non-profit is based in Cary, N.C., and serves troubled teens and rescued horses.
