Alice Fest returns to Durham, N.C., on Sunday, March 10, 2019! What is Alice Fest? Alice Fest is a one-day film festival. The tagline is “Films by women. For everyone.” It is typically held in March in honor of Women’s History Month in the Full Frame Theater in Durham, N.C., in association with the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University. Alice Fest is free and open to the public.
When the holidays roll around each year, I have these grandiose visions of cooking a big breakfast for everyone. (Just call me Clark!) It never really works out quite right, though. The 2019 Meredith College Documentary Film Festival is happening on Sunday, January 27th, starting at 2:00 PM. It’s free and open to the public.
