Good Thing

Good Thing is a documentary featuring Shannon Johnstone, the photographer behind Landfill Dogs, which is currently in production. Johnstone brings dogs from the Wake County Animal Shelter in Raleigh, N.C., to the landfill park for a photo shoot and time outdoors. I’m eager to share her story so that people can see exactly how much thought, care, and energy she puts into each image – in hopes that she may save a life.

“Shannon is an incredible photographer. I’m making Good Thing so people will see how much thought, care, and energy she puts into each image in hopes of saving a life.”
– Camden Watts, Director of Good Thing
