These past few weeks have been wild! So much is happening. It’s all really exciting.

We recently started sharing details on the documentary I’ve been working on over the past year, Brewconomy. I’m so thrilled that the cat’s out of the bag now. I can finally tell you all about the movie! Follow along with our progress on Twitter and Facebook. There will be plenty of blog posts about it here as well, I’m sure.

The team and I have also been prepping — big time — for our Kickstarter launch. I shared some info on that recently here. Don’t miss the launch party on 1/24, where we’ll tell you all about the movie in person at Raleigh Brewing. Lots of things are taking shape for the 30-day campaign. Get prepped and ready to tell your friends!

The Meredith College Documentary Film Festival is also right around the corner. Yours truly will be there to help moderate conversations with the filmmakers. These screenings are on the Meredith College campus. They’re free and open to the public. Get all the details here.

While all of these exciting film things are happening, some big stuff is taking shape in my personal world. Weddings, parties, and vacations are taking shape. I’m thrilled about all of it and having so many fun things to look forward to throughout the year.

Some of the biggest challenges have been big housing changes. My husband and I sold the first house we shared together — hooray! Then we built a new house, closed on it recently, and had a huge moving weekend with the help of so many loved ones. Now we’re adjusting and settling into the new digs.

No, this isn't us moving. It's an old school pic from U-Haul. Look at those hair dos!

So, yeah, a LOT has been happening lately. All the hard work, late nights, and stress is starting to pay off. It makes me wanna scream, “WHEEEEEWWWWWW, BUDDDDY!” Because it’s all such wonderful, exciting stuff.

I feel like a very, very lucky woman.
